Rules & Entry Guidelines
Who Can Enter?
Participants of the Meadow Lakes Spring-Clean-Up & Block Party. Bake-Off Judges are excluded from entering.
Entry Guidelines:
Entrants are to submit one (1) item of goods ie: 1 cake, 1 batch of cookies, 1 type of bread, or 1 pie, per entered category.You can enter 1 or more categories. Entries will not be returned to the entrant and should be submitted on a non-returnable plate, tray, or box. All entries will become the property of the Meadow Lakes Block Party and eaten by it's participants. All entries are to be homemade.
Categories:
Entrants may enter 1 item per category. There are 4 categories: Breads, Cakes, Cookies & Pies open to all ages.
Entry Deadline:
Entries may be dropped off from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, Sunday May 16th at the Meadow Lakes Fire Department #71 - Pittman Rd. No entries will not be taken after 1:00 PM.
Judging:
Judging will begin at 1: 15 PM Sunday May 16th. Winners will be formally announced after the completion of the judging at approximately 2: 15 PM.
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded in each category and there will be a overall Grand PrizeWinner selected from ail entries irregardless of category. All prizes will beprovided by local area businesses and non-profit groups. Prizes will be awardedand distributed beginning at approximately 2: 15 PM.
