Meadow Lakes Spring Cleanup 2010 The annual spring clean-up traditionally involves ONLY the removal of litter from public right-of-ways, open spaces and parks. This year there is one exception and it involves junk autos: "Gotta a junker sitting around your yard, at the end of your cu de sac...or some other accessable place that it shouldn't be or isn't needed? This may be the answer to the dilemna ... From May 3rd to May 15th, Gary from Alaska Car Crushing and Recycling along with Travis & Alyssa from Alaska's Next Generation Towing will without charge haul that junker away for you. All they ask is that you call to schedule the pick-up prior to May 3rd and that there NOT be any GARBAGE within the vehicle. This will allow them to better utilize the time that they wIll have avallabte to help this community.
